Cook tortellini according to package4 medium spring onions, choppeddirections until al dent. Drain and transfer to large bowl.2.Season cooked tortellini with salt and pepper. Add balsamic vinegar and 1/4 cup olive oil andmethodmix to combine. Set aside. 1.Cook the rice noodles according to pack instructions, drain and set aside in a large mixing bowl. 3.In a small bowl, add mozzarella balls, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and remaining 1/4Whisk the chilli garlic sauce, maple syrup, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar together in a small cup olive oil. Mix to combine and set aside. bowl.
